PROMOTION PERIOD

The Livingood Daily Pumpkin Spice Collagen + Multivitamin Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 22, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, board members, advisory committee members, directors, officers, or agents of Livingood Daily (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER

There are three ways to receive entries into the Sweepstakes:

1) Free Registration Entry

Eligible individuals will receive one (1) entry upon completing the free giveaway registration during the Promotion Period at:

Only one registration entry per eligible individual is permitted.

2) Entries With Purchase

After completing the initial giveaway registration, eligible individuals who make a qualifying online purchase of Livingood Daily Pumpkin Spice Collagen + Multivitamin during the Promotion Period through:

will receive additional Sweepstakes entries based on the quantity of qualifying Livingood Daily Pumpkin Spice Collagen + Multivitamin purchased:

• 1 jar: 10 additional entries
• 3 jars: 30 additional entries
• 6 jars: 60 additional entries
• 12 jars: 120 additional entries

Qualifying purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period. Entries associated with canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid purchases may be voided at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, there is no limit to the number of eligible purchase-based entries an entrant may receive during the Promotion Period.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used in connection with administration of the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices. Entrants may also receive marketing communications if they separately consent to receive such communications.

DRAWING

A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 25, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will be conducted using an automated, unbiased selection process.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Twelve (12) jars of Livingood Daily Pumpkin Spice Collagen + Multivitamin, representing approximately a one-year supply.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $731.00.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise required by law.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about September 25, 2026 using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

The potential Winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete any documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor before receiving the prize.

If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected, if time permits.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use the Winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or otherwise invalid entries.

By accepting a prize, Winner agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.

WAIVERS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES AND INDEMNITY

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
2. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred, if any, not to exceed five dollars (US $5.00), and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable;
3. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, and/or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed five dollars (US $5.00), and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and
4. Entrants’ remedies are limited to a claim for money damages, if any, and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the foregoing provisions may not apply.

Each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims or liability relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, including any activity related thereto.

INTERNET AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

The Released Parties and any internet access or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, interruption, deletion, defect, network or equipment failures, software errors, inability to access websites, or damage to an entrant’s computer or device arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that suspected or actual electronic tampering, fraud, technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify affected entries and/or suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor may conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization
