    Got off meds

    I had to prove to my former doctor that it worked because my pressure went down and so I’m off high blood pressure medication. Of course he checked it out on line and he said you’re doing good. So thank you for everything you and your staff do.

    Feeling Stronger

No, Livingood Daily Blood Pressure Support is not a replacement for blood pressure medication. Always consult with the healthcare provider who prescribed your blood pressure medication before making any changes. We recommend pairing Blood Pressure Support with an clean lifestyle and regularly tracking your blood pressure daily first thing in the morning so you can have informed discussions with your provider about your care plan.
We recommend checking your blood pressure at the same time each day using a validated monitor, and keeping a log for at least 30 days. Share this data with your primary care provider to help guide any medication or care decisions. Always follow your doctor’s advice when it comes to managing blood pressure or making changes to medications.
The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
Can be taken with or without food.
