Once in transit, we expect orders shipped with Standard shipping to arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped with Expedited shipping should arrive in 2-3 business days, depending on when the order was originally placed.
International shipping:
For our international customers, there is some variability due to how far your order must travel to reach you.
What does my shipping status mean?
Pre Transit: Your order has been created and is waiting for its first scan by the carrier. It’s packed and ready — the carrier just hasn’t picked it up or scanned it in yet. We’ll update you as soon as the carrier begins moving it.
In Transit: Your order is on the way! It’s moving through the carrier’s network and headed toward your home. You may see it stop at a few facilities as it travels — that’s totally normal.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered! If you don’t see it, please check around your mailbox, door, and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in safe spots.
Returned: The carrier is returning the package back to us — often due to an address issue or the carrier not being able to deliver it. We’re here to help once it arrives back at our facility.
