I was really hopeful this would help lower my cholesterol naturally as I am really trying to avoid statins my doctor is pushing hard. After 3 months my cholesterol actually went up 10 points instead of down. Maybe I have something else going on but these didn’t work for me and at this price point I won’t be continuing.
