    I’ve always used the liver and kidney cleanses but never the colon till recently and oh my what a difference. Now I do the liver support in the morning and the colon support at evening. Love it!

The Livingood Daily Colon Cleanse may cause more bowel movements during the cleanse or support period, however the effects may differ from person to person.

The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
