Non-GMO, Vegan.

This product does not contain wheat and includes oat straw extract. While it is formulated to be gluten-free, it is not certified gluten-free. Although we take care to avoid gluten-containing ingredients, individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity should be aware that cross-contamination is still a possibility. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider if you have concerns.

It can be taken with or without food.

The date printed on the bottom of the supplements will read one of three ways:
For Chocolate Plant Collagen (Bag), Basic Lemon Lime & Strawberry Lemonade Electrolytes (Bag), Basic Vanilla & Chocolate Collagen (Bag), Basic Greens Original (Bag): MFG xx/xx - manufacture date

For Livingood Daily Bars, Peanut Butter Bars, & Coffee (Whole Bean, Ground, Decaf): BB xx/xx - best by date

For all other items: EXP xx/xx - expiration date

If the manufacture/mfg date is listed, the expiration is 3 years from the date. If you have one of the bars or coffee, then the best-by date is what you would go by.
